A great class for those who are new to the practice of yoga or for those who want to revisit proper alignment of the poses. This class focuses on breath and healthy alignment. Vinyasa Basics introduces yoga breathing techniques, foundational philosophy, and simple sequences designed to strengthen and open the body. Standing and seated postures will be broken down and discussed in detail.
This class links breath with movement in a continuous vinyasa flow drawing upon postures, variations and sequencing from the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. All levels welcome.

Our prenatal classes are designed for all levels and experience. Students will be guided through gentle stretching and toning of the muscles in an intelligent and compassionate manner geared towards preventing and relieving common discomforts of pregnancy. We will also explore the physical, metal and spiritual shifts during this beautiful time in a comfortable supportive environment, building a strong sense of confidence and community.
Get your Shakti rising with a Kundalini inspired flow. This is a soothing and strengthening practice designed to build heat without adrenalin. Emphasis is placed on breath work and the bandhas. Come to the mat expecting to sweat, breathe and meditate.
Based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, this practice is known for its emphasis on alignment, sequencing, and the use of props. The rope wall class strengthens and realigns the whole body through a combination of traction, concentric and eccentric strength training. Open to all students with some previous yoga experience.
This class is focused on building a strong foundation of standing poses, forward bends, back bends, and the introduction of shoulder stand. Poses are held longer with an emphasis placed on correct alignment.

Restorative Yoga is a relaxing class incorporating yoga postures, breath work and meditation. The yoga postures are used to move the spine in rotation, flexion and extension releasing tension in the muscles. The student will use props to fully support the body in different positions. Specific postures and sequencing will help balance the nervous system and leave you relaxed but alert. This is an open level class. Welcoming all shapes, sizes and experience.
