Sangha Yoga Shala is an urban sanctuary where through community, arts, yoga and healthy mindful living you will discover how to “nourish yourself and feed the world”

The Sangha mission is to awaken and invite individuals to experience yoga’s accessibility and healing in today’s times with today’s issues. The power of expression in all its forms, be it music, food, movement, language and the like allows for the discovery of a truly integrated and peaceful society, where diverse people can understand and learn from one another, embrace and overcome their unique differences and personal limitations, and find a way to connect to each other as humans on a deeper level, ultimately achieving their full potential as a collective community.

We offer a variety of classes for all levels including Vinyasa, Restorative, Iyengar, Prenatal, Kids Yoga, Pilates and many more workshops and community events.
